Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business day after the payment is confirmed.

Shipping Method

All packages are shipped via HayPost, if you choose Standard delivery or by direct courier delivery if you prefer Express delivery available only within Yerevan.

Express shipping refers to next-day delivery service.
Express shipping is available only within Yerevan and is conducted through Yandex Delivery service.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and Haypost’s operating schedule.

Express orders within Yerevan are delivered the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee of 1000 AMD. This option is available only for deliveries within Yerevan.

Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, or customs procedures (for international deliveries). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct. Haviden is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
